Banner Sports Medicine is hosting 2-week Athlete Performance Camps focused on training and educating athletes from 5th-12th grade. The summer off-season is the time to take a break from the usual sport-specific practices and focus on becoming a complete athlete. Participants will learn to improve their overall athleticism through proper sprinting/jumping/landing form, strength, and stability exercises, along with a variety of fun, engaging games and activities. No experience with performance training necessary! Athlete Performance Camps are designed by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to meet athletes at their individual level.
