Den Club registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. In order for the registration process to be complete, you must provide a copy of the child’s immunization record and emergency contacts at the time of enrollment. Incomplete documents will not be accepted and your child will not be enrolled into the Den Club program until they are completed.
All registrants may anticipate up to a 3-day waiting period prior to the child attending the program. Your child must be registered at his/her home school before we can allow enrollment in Den Club.
Completed registration packets must be turned in to the Community Education Department located at the Nathaniel Dysart Education Center for enrollment processing. You must register your child at the start of each new school year to attend the Den Club program.
Please note: Your credit/debit card will be charged upon approval of your registration. The Den Club staff will aim to approve registrations within 72 hours after submission. The initial charge will include the registration fee and first month’s payment. You will receive an email confirming approval of your child’s registration and subsequent charge to your credit/debit card.
