Den Club registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. In order for the registration process to be complete, you must provide a copy of the child’s immunization record and emergency contacts at the time of enrollment. Incomplete documents will not be accepted and will delay enrollment into the Den Club program.
All registrants may anticipate up to a 3-day waiting period prior to attending the program. Your child must be registered at his/her home school before we can allow enrollment. You must register your child at the start of each new school year to attend the Den Club program.
Credit/debit card will be charged the registration fee and first month's tuition upon approval. Den Club staff aim to approve registrations within 72 hours after submission. You will receive an email confirming registration approval and subsequent charge to your credit/debit card. Your next payment will be due on or before the 15th of the month prior to service.
