All Elementary and Middle School cross country runners are invited to join our 3-day or 6-day Run Camp!
Camps will be held during Fall Break and Thanksgiving Break—you can choose one or attend both.
With the support of SRHS Cross Country runners and Dysart Elemiddle XC coaches, participants will:
Learn proper warm-up drills, stretches, and injury prevention techniques
Practice race tactics, running form, and efficiency drills
Gain valuable knowledge on nutrition, hydration, and recovery
The first two days of camp will feature multiple stations focused on form mechanics and drills to build speed and efficiency. Runners will also take home resources on rest, nutrition, and hydration to continue building healthy habits beyond camp.
