Shadow Ridge Summer Miles Camp is four to eight weeks of running, drills, games, and challenges designed to improve fitness of all ages. This is our sixth year to offer the camp to everyone in the West Valley. Our HS Coaches are all SRHS Cross Country coaches with years of experience. Our Elemiddle coaches include HS and Middle School with years under their belts as well. The main goal of the Camp is to improve in an environment that promotes fun, friendship, good sportsmanship, hard work, and new opportunities and experiences.
