    Dysart Unified School District's Community Education Department offers an Arizona Department of Transportation approved Drivers Education program for high school students including behind-the-wheel training for students that are at least 15 years, 6 months. Students must have their driving permit in order to receive the behind-the-wheel training. Students who successfully complete the program, which requires 100% attendance, will receive an official Driver Education Certificate which fulfills the state requirement for the Graduated License. The program is offered several times throughout the school year and also during the summer. Each session is 10 weeks long; 5 weeks of online lecture followed by 5 weeks of behind-the-wheel training. Summer courses are condensed to 3 weeks of online lecture and 3 weeks of behind the wheel. For more information, please contact (623) 876-7056.
