  • Drivers Education Class

    Dysart Unified School District's Community Education Department offers an Arizona Department of Transportation approved Drivers Education program for high school students including behind-the-wheel training for students that are at least 15 years, 6 months. Students must have their driving permit in order to receive the behind-the-wheel training. Students who successfully complete the program, which requires 100% attendance, will receive an official Driver Education Certificate which fulfills the state requirement for the Graduated License. The program is offered several times throughout the school year and also during the summer. Summer Session I: The lecture portion of the course will be held May 28-31 from 1:00pm - 7:00pm. Behind the wheel will begin the week of June 3rd and will take place once per week; that link will be sent separately after the class begins. Summer Session II: The lecture portion of the course will be held June 17-21 from 8:00am - 2:00pm.
